The month of June sees record setting home sales in Bryan/College Station. According to the Bryan/College Station Association of Realtors, June real estate sales totaled over $94 million. This is the highest sales volume on record in this area. This is definitely noteworthy information because it indicates how strong the Bryan/College Station real estate market has become.
A Time to Sell
Another interesting fact is that the average sales price of real estate in B/CS has increased over $30,000 since this time last year. In June 2015, the average sales price was $208,500 compared to an average sales price of $239,603 in June 2016. This information should appeal to Bryan/College Station sellers further proving that it is a great time to sell!
